The Celik Chimera PB-223 is a lightweight (6.3 lb), modular .223 Rem semi-automatic rifle built for hunters and sport shooters who want accuracy, low recoil, and easy customization. It features an 18.5″ 4140 steel barrel with a fast 1:8 twist, 1/2×28 threads and a pre-installed muzzle brake, a 7075-T6 aluminium receiver with a Picatinny rail for optics, and ships with two 5/10-rd AR-style magazines plus a cleaning kit. An optional pistol-grip stock set is available for a more tactical configuration.

 Assembly Overview :

1. Remove the forend by unscrewing its retaining nut from the barrel assembly.
2. Retract the charge-handle retention pin and remove the charge handle.
3. Slide the top action fixing pin partially out (to its stopper).
4. Align and slide the barrel assembly (with Picatinny rail dovetail) into the receiver.
5. Insert the long section of the action fixing pin into the left receiver, then install the right-side fixing screw (reverse-threaded).
6. Return the top retention pin, reinstall the charge handle, slide the forend back on, and secure the forend retaining nut.

Assembly Tips :

• Make sure the action spring guide rod and bolt are fully seated.
• Confirm the top action fixing pin is pushed out to its stopper when aligning parts.
• Ensure the Picatinny rail dovetails fully into the receiver before tightening.
