SIERRA 45-70 CAL 300GR HP/FN PRO-HUNTER 50 PIECES
Sierra offers a flat-nose bullet in .45 caliber, specifically designed for the .45-70. It is suitable for firearms with a .458 bore, but must not be used in firearms with .451 or .454 bore diameters.
Introduced in 1973 to mark the 100th anniversary of the .45-70 cartridge, this bullet remains very popular today. It delivers reliable expansion at both low and high velocities, excellent accuracy, and smooth feeding in most firearms, including lever-action rifles and some handguns.
Versatile in use, it is well-suited for big game hunting in North America. It is also compatible with the .458 Winchester Magnum, with a recommended maximum velocity of 2500 fps. In handguns, it is designed to perform reliably even at velocities around 1300 fps.
