Dear Dealers,

We have tirelessly been working with the RCMP to get a course of action and compensation plan approved for the X95 MSW firearms that have been deemed as prohibited.

Our Compensation plan for consumers and dealers FOR X95 MSW FIREARMS SOLD/IMPORTED BY NORTH SYLVA (serial numbers will be verified by SFRC/North Sylva for purchase history), will be as follows:

  1. All firearms will be sent COMPLETE to SFRC (SOUTH FRONTENAC RENTAL CENTRE) for deactivation.
  2. Once the firearms are verified as deactivated (both by SFRC and RCMP/CFO), the consumer/dealer will have the choice of keeping the deactivated firearm (North Sylva will cover the costs of the deactivation), OR the deactivated firearm will be sent to North Sylva and the consumer will receive an in- store credit with the store where they purchased the product. Dealers will receive credit from North Sylva for their invoice cost of the firearms, billed by North Sylva.
  3. Consumers and dealers may also surrender the firearms or receivers of the firearms to law enforcement for destruction and keep all non- prohibited parts of the firearm. NO COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN BY NORTH SYLVA if this option is chosen.

YOU MUST CONTACT SOUTH FRONTENAC RENTAL CENTRE (SFRC) FOR AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY FIREARM. Packages without authorization WILL BE REJECTED and sent back to sender.
